• All lists are verified and most importantly "cleaned" before each mailing. The cleaning process includes de-duping the list, verifying domain names and getting rid of "bad" addresses: (i.e. joe!_ @badaddress.com) This assures you of the best possible results.
• Bounces are all handled automatically. Cancellations and non-valid email addresses are automatically handled - you don't have to worry about it!
• Easy unsubscribe feature / fully customizable. Subscriber information is automatically maintained.
• We will give you a detailed breakdown of when the mailing is sent, the status of it during the initial first days after the mailing as well as a list count after the list has been completed. (This number will be after all bounces, unsubscribe and bad addresses)
• Customers can opt-in or opt-out at any time!

Specific Domains

The email lists we host typically use the domain - Goozie.com, such as @goozie.com. The "Specific Domain" feature allows you to select your preferred domain name, for example: whatever@listname.yourcompany.com.
**Note...in order for us to setup a specific domain, we will need the assistance of your domain hosting provider, to do a DNS entry for this domain.

Specific Domains cost $50 setup fee for the Basic Plus and Bronze packages, and are included with all other packages. We will waive this fee if you purchase the Specific Domain when you first open your account.

Test Lists

The "test lists" are offered with every package -except- the Basic and Basic Plus packages and have a maximum membership of five (5) test email addresses. They are designed to help you evaluate message formatting before mailing to your actual email list.

Note: test messages are included in your package messages allowed total.

Unsubscribe links at the bottom

All of your email recipients in your mailing list will have detailed subscribe and unsubscribe information posted clearly at the bottom of every email. This allows for ease of subscription and unsubscription for the recipients and is a requirement by SKL Services, Inc. (Mailing List Company) on ALL email lists.

Payment

For the Basic, Basic Plus, Bronze and Silver packages, we require credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal payment prior to any list being sent (including setup fee).

For the Gold, Platinum and Diamond packages, we accept purchase orders (North American companies only), Bank Wire Transfers, cashiers check, money order and/or PayPal payments and all payments are required PRIOR to any mailing being sent. We offer discounted rates for long-term contracts, please contact us for more information.

For all payment types, we will email you a statement at the end of the mailing that details your usage and costs for that mailing, including any additional minimum fees that apply. Please note that we do not send statement by standard postal mail.

If your account is paid by credit card, we charge your card automatically prior to each mailing. Payment for purchase order, Bank Wire Transfers, cashiers check, money order or PayPal account(s) is/are due prior to email list being sent. Please also note that set-up fees are non-refundable.

**VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow 48-72 hours for your list(s) to be sent out after payment has been received. The list must be imported, verified and cleaned prior to the actual mailing and scheduled with the list administrator. This takes time and we do appreciate your understanding. We want your list campaign to be as successful as possible.

Message Volume: Size and Quantity

In listserv terms, message volume is a factor of both the actual number of messages you send, and the average size (in kb) of those messages.

The mailing prices above include a Specific number of messages and assume an average message size of 12-14kb. Please note: if your total message volume exceeds this amount during a mailing-either due to message quantity or size, or both-your total bill for that month will be higher than the package amount listed.

If your message volume exceeds the amount included in your package, you will be charged for the extra mail at the effective "cost per thousand" (CPM) of your package. The rates for 12-14kb messages are as follows: Basic $10, Basic Plus $7, Bronze $5, Silver $4; Gold $3; Platinum $2; Diamond $1.

Rates for messages averaging more than 14kb follow a sliding scale based on the effective CPM rates in calculated increments. For example, messages with an average monthly size of 20kb sent with a Platinum package are charged at $4 per thousand; if the monthly size were 25kb, the charge would be $4.50 per thousand.

Example #1: 200,000 messages sent with a Gold package, with an average message size of 8kb. The first 150,000 messages are included in the fee of $399.95. The balance of 50,000 messages costs $150 (50,000 messages @ $3 CPM). Total bill for the month is $549.95.

Example #2: 370,000 messages sent with a Platinum package, with an average message size of 20kb. The first 300,000 messages are included in the monthly fee of $599.95. The balance of 70,000 messages costs $280 (70,000 messages @ $4 CPM). Total bill for the month is $879.95.

Changing or Modifying Packages

If you are sending out a mailing on a "monthly basis" and have signed up with us for a monthly mailing package and your messaging requirements change over time, you may switch to a higher or lower package. Please note that such changes will take effect during your next billing cycle, not the current month in which you request the new plan.

Contracts

All of our plans listed above are for one-time mailings. We do however offer "on-going" mailings at a discounted rate. This is a fabulous program if you have a list that you want to send mailings to every month, for 3 straight months, etc.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss setting up an on-going mailing list program.
