(Tampa, FL - October 27, 2005) During Hurricane Wilma, SKL Services Florida offices were operating under our Disaster Preparedness Plan. Our focus was on unplanned network outages, equipment downtime, loss of power and bandwidth availability. SKL Services had cabinets and bandwidth available in other cities with redundant equipment on stand by. We are pleased to announce that ALL THREE of our data centers were not affected by any loss of service and was 100% operational through-out the time Florida was affected by Hurricane Wilma. read more >
